Black Lives Matter activist Dominique Alexander was sentenced to five years in prison for seriously injuring a baby he shook.
But he didn’t serve five years.
He spent just eight days behind bars.
Due to a clerical error, Alexander is now free to shake as many babies as he likes from the comfort of his own home.
Apparently, District Court Judge Gracie Lewis wrote down the beginning of Alexander’s sentence as being July 2011 instead of 2016.
“He did his sentence, and he got out out on the 21st,” said spokesman Jason Clark.
The cocky thug laughed off the snafu, saying, “People thought that I was going to be gone for a couple of years, but that was never going to be the case.”
“People think I spent no time in jail. But I spent time in county before everyone knew me as an activist,” he added.
