Americans Have Spoken, #BoycottNFL Is Rocking The NFL World

So here are a few interesting numbers from the beginning of the 2016 NFL Football Season:

-According to Nielsen live-plus-same-day data, the premiere of NBC’s “Sunday Night Football,” a matchup between the New England Patriots and Arizona Cardinals, served up 23.1 million and a 13.1 household rating, which marked a 15% decline compared with the year-ago opener.

-Of course, given that NBC’s coverage of Thursday night’s NFL Kickoff game was down 10% compared with the year-ago broadcast — with an average household rating of a 14.6, the Panthers-Broncos showdown now stands as the lowest-rated season opener since 2009…

And perhaps my personal favorite:

-The Los Angeles Rams not only lost their first “Monday Night Football” game of the season on the field but they were also defeated in the ratings.

The former St. Louis-based team got shut out by the San Francisco 49ers 28-0 in the second “MNF” game of the season. In doing so, they drew only a 7.1 rating in metered households according to Nielsen estimates. That is down 25 percent from the second “MNF” game last year.

Part of me hopes that these spoiled millionaires keep taking a knee during the National Anthem, and ratings continue to dive.

They think things are oppressive here in America? They are doing it to themselves!

Let’s keep this #BoycottNFL victory going! Support the players that support America!

And to celebrate, let’s take another look at Donnie Baker’s brilliant mix-tape, dedicated to Colin Kaepernick.

This video captures the moment Donnie Baker sacks Colin Kaepernick for not standing during the National Anthem. Donnie uses the power of song to make his message and also proposes a trade that might help the NFL put this controversy away. Donnie also explains why he has more respect for Johnny Football than Colin Kaepernick.
