That’s right, one of the Internet’s biggest adult websites has confirmed the accidental leak of almost one million customers’ data – including email addresses, passwords, and even porn site usernames.
Ha, imagine if you’d used the same name and passwords for your Facebook or even bank… Oh wait, that’s not funny at all, is it?
The personal information was accessed by hackers before they ejaculated it onto the dark web.
Brazzers aren’t taking the blame though, palming off the leak onto it’s third party software.
Matt Stevens, Brazzers’ PR manager, said to Motherboard:
This matches an incident which occurred in 2012 with our ‘Brazzersforum,’ which was managed by a third party.
The incident occurred because of a vulnerability in the said third party software, the ‘vBulletin’ software, and not Brazzers itself. Brazzers takes the privacy and safety of its users very seriously.
This isn’t the first time that people’s dirty secrets have been leaked online. Remember when thousands of cheating partners were outed on infidelity site Ashley Madison last year?
Seriously though, I can feel your anxiety from here, so go and check Have i been pwned? to see if your details were included in the leak.
