VIDEO PRESS CONFERENCE: She claims he raped her when she was 13 and now she is going public…
An anonymous woman filed a lawsuit against Presidential Candidate Donald Trump on September 30, 2016. The suit accuses Trump of sexual abuse, false imprisonment, battery, and rape. She claims that these offenses took place in New York in 1994, when she was 13-years old.
The woman, who at the moment is being referred to as Jane Doe, says she was offered money and modeling gigs in exchange for her participation in a series of parties. The parties were to be held by none other than Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire who served 13 months after pleading guilty to soliciting prostitution from several minors. Epstein is a registered sex offenders.
Jane Doe says that Trump raped her at the fourth party she attended and that she did not return.
The statue of limitations has passed, though Jane Doe’s attorneys say that the emotional duress of the experience has caused her to incur damages in the form of legal and medical expenses.
Doe’s lawyers say she will now speak publicly, for the first time, at a press conference today.
The statement from The Bloom Firm’s Lisa Bloom said, “More than four months ago a woman using the pseudonym ‘Jane Doe’ sued Donald Trump for a series of sexual assaults that she alleges occurred at parties in New York in 1994.” Later adding, “Jane Doe will break her silence today and speak out about her allegations at the following place and time.”
A press conference is set to take place at the Bloom Firm offices in Los Angeles at 3:00 p.m.

There are reasons to be suspicious of this case.
- It was filed just a month before the 2016 Election, like other allegations against Trump
- Hillary Clinton’s husband, Bill Clinton, is said to have vast ties to Epstein, so this could be a case of dishonest deflection. It could be that they are trying to pin Trump for something that they themselves are guilty of.
We will continue to follow the story and provide updates as we have them.
