What This Attorney Was Doing in His Office Was Against the Law

Not all lawyers are bad.  it’s just that 99.7% of them give the rest a bad name.  But what this lawyer was doing cost him 12 years of his life.  Michael Fine was a married  divorce lawyer who took advantage of his clients in a truly heinous way.

Fine would pretend to comfort the women when he was in fact hypnotizing them.

The session then moved to the couch where it became sexual in nature

A newly released video shows disgraced divorce attorney Michael Fine hypnotizing one of his female clients for his own sexual gratification

The attorney told his client, while she was in the trance,'At the count of three, you won't be able to control yourself'

From The Mail Online:

‘Let’s take a deep breath … one more time. Ok, I gotta calm down, let’s do this together,’ Fine says in the video, obtained by Fox 8.

‘Each time I say the word sleep, you’re gonna go deeper and deeper, ten times deeper. One, two, three, sleep … one, two, three sleep,’ Fine said.

The session then moved to the couch where it became sexual in nature.

Grasping the hand of the client – whose eyes are closed, and with his other hand resting on her shoulder, Fine told her: ‘Every time I say the word pleasure, you cannot constrain or hold yourself back, your entire body is a vessel of pleasure,’ he said.

‘When is the last time you made love?’ he asked.

‘Every time I touch you, it’s gonna be an incredible sensation,’ he said.

‘At the count of three, you won’t be able to control yourself,’ Fine also said.

Fine was convicted and sentenced to just 12 years for pulling this on 6 women, 5 successfully.  The women couldn’t believe how he had betrayed them when they were most vulnerable.  One of his victims claimed that his sentence wasn’t fair, because he would be serving 12 years, while she would be serving a life sentence because of his abuse.
