Skinny Girl Starts Fitness Routine, Ends Up With Perfectly FIT Body [PHOTOS]

A few years back, however, this wasn’t exactly the case, as in 2012, Pollock was 20 pounds underweight and even showed symptoms of anorexia and bulimia.

 

She went as far as to use an app to track her diet and ate a measly 900 to 1,000 calories per day. She also tried various diet plans, from ‘clean’ eating to paleo to vegan and then raw vegan.

 

 

In 2013, Abby finally had enough and sought help from a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer, who helped her gradually increase her food intake from 1,000 to 2,000 calories a day.

 

Fast forward to 2017, Pollock is now able to eat what she wants and along with constant exercise, her body’s transformation is nothing short of amazing.

 

 

While she now can technically eat what she wants, she says that she purposely avoids eating processed food and preps her meals ahead of time, as well as uses a dieting method called intermitten fasting, which apparently requires her to fast for about 16 to 18 hours each day.

 

Quite drastic, but hey, so long as it works and gets you a physique that puts Kim Kardashian’s iconic bum to shame, who cares right?

 

 

The 23-year-old says that her current priorities is to help others kick-start their own fitness journeys.
