Now, I know what you’re gonna say before I even get started. There will be accusations of being ‘anti-LEO’, being a ‘cop hater’, ‘cop bashing’, and the other comments that always follow when someone reports on the ever increasing issues of police brutality.
In years past, these atrocities were rarely heard of because the technology that we have at our fingertips today wasn’t readily available back then. In this day and age, pretty much anyone with a cellular phone is able to record real-time video, allowing for recording memories that you want to share with family and friends down through the generations but this also allows for recording unlawful acts such as what you see in the video below.
This footage was recorded on August 23, 2014, in Walmart Supercenter that’s located on Whitehorse Road in Somerset, Kentucky. I can’t imagine what the victim could’ve done to warrant such a beating when he clearly wasn’t putting up a fight for police officers.
If we dare stay silent about acts such as these, they will continue. We mustn’t allow ourselves to be silenced by those who seek to ridicule the reporting of these intolerable acts.
