“Duck Dynasty” TV reality star Phil Robertson has come out with a new book “unPHILtered: The Way I See It,” which he plugged this morning, but not without controversy.
In an interview with GQ magazine last year, Robertson claimed that black people were “happy” living under racist Jim Crow laws and that he “never saw blacks mistreated.” In the same interview, Robertson compared homosexuality to bestiality.
Robertson was asked about his anti-gay comments on ABC’s “Good Morning America” today (video below).
“I just said, ‘Whether it be bestiality.’ I could’ve said pedophilia, rape, homosexual sin, heterosexual sin. To me, I was just letting them know they’re all the same, just sin,” stated Robertson, noted ABC News.
