Former “Sons of Guns” Will Hayden star won’t be getting out of jail anytime soon.
He’s currently being held on $300,000 bond by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Department, but even if he posts bond he’s headed straight back to jail in Livingston, La., since two females have come forward there to accuse Hayden of abusing them when they were minors.
“[The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office] currently has a ‘hold’ placed on Hayden – meaning, once he makes bond in [East Baton Rouge], he’ll be transferred back to the Livingston Parish Detention Center,” Livingston police explained in a press release.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office told FOX411 Hayden has been charged there with aggravated rape stemming from an incident involving an 11-year-old girl in March 2013. He was also charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile for an incident back in 1995 with a girl who was 12 or 13 at the time.
He was first jailed in August and charged with aggravated rape of a minor in East Baton Rouge. A forcible rape charge was added last week, also in East Baton Rouge, when another alleged victim came forward.
