NEW ORLEANS (TheBlaze/AP) — A contractor was killed during maintenance on a natural gas line off the Louisiana coast, Chevron said.
The contractor was among four maintenance workers on the platform about 11:10 a.m. Saturday, Chevron spokesman Gareth Johnstone noted in an email, adding that two others were taken to a hospital for what are expected to be minor injuries.
