LIBERAL INSANITY: NY Attorney General says ‘Walmart Must End Toy Gun Sales’

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman sent a letters to Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Amazon, and ToyArsenal.com ordering them to “cease and desist” online sales of toy guns to New Yorkers.

Schneiderman’s office also alleges that one K-Mart sold toy guns at their Rochester, NY, store location.

According to CNBC, Schneiderman’s office said the toy guns were illegal because they were “virtually indistinguishable from the real thing.” NY law “prohibits retailers from selling guns in realistic colors unless it has a one-inch-wide orange stripe running down both sides of the barrel and the front end of the barrel that cannot be removed.”

Schneiderman said selling toy guns that don’t have the distinguishing orange stripes and markings “put children and law enforcement at risk.”
