[WATCH] NYPD Shoves Man To The Ground While Doing Goofy Dance Prank

Alexander BOK was just filming a goofy prank for Ellen DeGeneres‘s Dance Dare, in which people are supposed to film themselves dancing behind unsuspecting standers-by. Unfortunately, he started dancing behind some NYPD officers, and it happened to be four days after two cops were assassinated by a gunman.

Suddenly, six cops converge on him and ask what he’s doing — “What are you dancing in the street for?” one asks — and after it became apparent that he was harmless and BOK explained that he was doing an Ellen-sponsored prank, they shove him to the ground.

TMZ reports that the NYPD is looking into the incident.
