A federal grand jury has decided to indict 26-year-old Antonio Whiteside on charges of arson at the Ferguson Market during the protests and riots that following the no indictment decision for Officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed unarmed teen Michael Brown last summer.
Whiteside was arrested in January after investigators identified him as the suspect seen in surveillance video using an accelerant to set fire to the market. That same market was the scene of the alleged strong-arm robbery Brown committed —also caught on surveillance tape — shortly before he was killed.
