[VIDEO] Texas DMV Revokes Mans “Offensive” License Plate

The Department of Motor Vehicles in Houston, Texas, has allegedly revoked a man’s license plate after they deemed it as being “offensive”.

“I had it for more than three years without any problem,” Hassan told KPRC.

Hassan said that he recently received a letter from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles explaining that his plate would be canceled in 30 days due to its “offensive” nature. The DMV is saying that when the license plate is turned upside down, it alludes to a curse word the “370H55V” then becomes the curse word ‘asshole’.

Hassan, however, maintains that he didn’t get the plate with any intentions of it having a derogatory hidden meaning.

“People have no idea what that plate means. My closest friends don’t even know. They may have just searched similar type plates,” Hassan explained.

Hassan also told KPRC that he plans to appeal that state’s decision.
