It’s a day ending in Y, so naturally that means it’s a day in which Donald Trump insults another one of his Republican primary opponents in Trumpian fashion. This time: Marco Rubio.
During Trump’s extensive Thursday evening interview with CNN, the billionaire real estate bigwig warned that if Sen. Rubio ever becomes president, more undocumented immigrants would flow across the Mexican border.
“Marco Rubio is somebody who is extremely weak on immigration,” Trump said, all Trump-like. “He only toughened has stance because his poll numbers were going down.”
And the big warning: “If he ever got elected, you would have people flowing across the border.”
