(CNN) — To honor the four Marines and one sailor killed in Chattanooga, TN, President Barack Obama has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House on Tuesday. His move comes after Republicans questioned why flags had been lowered at the U.S. Capitol Building and not the White House.
