An investigation that includes police and coroner’s office involvement has closed a portion of Forge Road in South Londonderry Township, Lebanon County.
“A police incident” has been reported in the area of the Horseshoe Pike Gun Shop, according to Lebanon County 911.
At the scene, initial reports say a police officer was involved.
