Donald Trump‘s rather stunning comments about Megyn Kelly––“There was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her… wherever”––really set off Kelly’s colleague Greg Gutfeld, who thrashed The Donald (albeit not for the first time) on Twitter.
