Man Who Exposed Himself to 14-Year-Old Girl Wants to Sue Her For Recording Him

Logan_WagnerA Barberton, Ohio, man has been arrested and faces a charge of public indecency after he allegedly exposed himself to several women, including a teenage girl.

According to police reports, 29-year-old Logan Wagner shouted insults at a 28-year-old female neighbor, another 21-year-old woman and the 14-year-old girl.

The girl recorded the shouting on her cellphone. Wagner then went to his door, pulled down his pants and exposed himself to the group, according to court records.

The women called police and provided the cellphone recording of the incident to investigators. Police spoke with Wagner, who told them he wanted to sue the girl for taking the video. He said nothing else, according to police reports.

This was not the first time that Wagner exposed himself to women. According to public records, Wagner’s three other convictions for public indecency began on June 8, 2008 when he walked up to the counter at Barberton Public Library on West Park Avenue and pulled his pants down.

An employee working at the library told police that she thought Wagner was trying to impress some of the younger employees working at the counter. Wagner eventually pleaded no contest to public indecency. He was fined $150 and placed on 30 days of house arrest.

Six months later in January 2009, Wagner stared at a 32-year-old woman in the parking lot of Walgreen’s pharmacy in the 900 block of Wooster Road and pulled his pants down. He pleaded guilty in that case and was sentenced to one year on probation.

Two months later, he dropped his pants while staring at a 30-year-old woman cleaning the offices at Wagner Machine in the 5100 block of Wooster Road West in Norton.

He pleaded no contest in that case and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and a $250 fine.
