According to TMZ, Los Angeles Police found actor/comedian Jim Carrey’s girlfriend, Cathriona White, dead after responding to a call on Monday night.
An anonymous source close to the investigation told TMZ that White, 28, left a suicide note telling of her break up with Jim Carrey on Thursday Sept, 24th.
TMZ reported that White’s body was discovered by friends who had stopped by her home to check on her. Los Angeles police believe White’s death was the result of an overdose. The police reported that pills were found close to her body.
Earlier Monday, White posted a goodbye note on Twitter that read, “Signing off Twitter, I hope I have been a light to my nearest and dearest.”
