Swedish authorities have released footage of a dramatic chase between a stolen vessel and police that lasts approximately 20 minutes before the suspect is finally apprehended. During the pursuit the suspect repeatedly rams police and coast guard vessels. The suspect is now facing a variety of criminal charges.
