A crook who tried to hold up a 39-year-old motorist during a sneaker sale scam in Brooklyn was struck by his fleeing victim and was slammed against a fence, where he may have lost an arm, police sources said.
The victim had agreed to meet the robber after answering a Craigslist ad about some Air Jordan sneakers for sale, the sources said.
