Now granted this happened last summer, but I am sure this type of stuff happens all the time.
This married couple seem to be at a festival when this man walks up to them and starts harassing his wife. Of course, the husband is not happy that this guy is trying to put the moves on his wife.
Well, the husband gives the thug ample time and opportunity to walk away, but he just kept going at them.
