Most people would be guilty of having a little private car concert during a long drive, but then most people don’t have a bodycam attached to their shirt recording their every move!
Here’s how it went down:
DailyMail reports:
A rookie officer in Texas, Ryan Johnson, has found that out the hard way, after leaving his monitoring device on for three or four hours longer than what was necessary, including his drive home.
The result? His new colleagues had a direct feed of him singing Adele’s ubiquitous hit Hello while behind the wheel.
And if that wasn’t embarrassing enough, the Grand Saline Police Department put the footage taken from Johnson’s bodycam onto their Facebook as a bit of light-hearted fun.
‘Rookie officers can provide hours of entertainment, especially when they leave their body cameras running,’ the department said in its Facebook post.
‘We felt the necessity to share this with the community as a learning tool.’
In the footage, Johnson isn’t just singing Adele, but also some music from The Weekend and Justin Bieber.
