With the presidential election season in full swing and the Summer Olympics right around the corner, there is much about 2016 for patriotic Americans to cheer about.
Now a major corporation is tapping into that patriotism with an incredible marketing campaign aligning itself with the country we all love so much.
According to Fast Company, Anheuser-Busch InBev, the Belgian-Brazilian corporation that owns Budweiser beer, has almost completely changed the labeling on its 12-ounce cans and bottles to reflect the patriotic mood of the country.
Beginning in late May and continuing until November, Budweiser beer will instead be labeled as “America” beer, meaning patriotic Americans can literally drink “America” while cheering on their favorite American athletes and politicians.

“We thought nothing was more iconic than Budweiser and nothing was more iconic than America,” declared Tosh Hall, creative director at JKR, the firm that designed the new branding on the cans.
It isn’t just the name of the beer that has been changed either, but also most of the rest of the text on the cans and bottles.
For instance, “King of Beers” now reads “E Pluribus Unum,” “Anheuser-Busch, Inc.” now reads “Liberty & Justice For All,” and even “Trademark” and “Registered” were changed to read “Indivisible” and “Since 1776,” respectively, in honor of our nation’s founding.
