The mission of Bikers Against Child Abuse International (BACA) is to create a safer environment for abused children. BACA is nonprofit organization that has been around for more than a decade, and has helped hundreds of abused and neglected kids in a wide range of support roles.
Ask anyone who’s seen then in action, BACA members will go above and beyond in order to make children more comfortable and supported as they come to terms with their situations, which may include sexual and physical abuse.
BACA volunteers will pick kids up from the bus, go grocery shopping with them, and take them to and from school and therapy sessions. The kids and these “tough guys” establish close supportive bonds, and you’ll often see large men in leather jackets painting butterflies on their faces when they get together with kids.
