Powerful Photo Of Woman Praying With Police Deputy Goes Viral

Law enforcement officials are having a rough time in our country as the masses begin to turn on them as BLM causes chaos everywhere. We often forget how fortunate we are to be able to dial 911 in times of emergency and to have them show up within minutes to protect us. As members of the law enforcement community around the nation continue to mourn the officers who were ambushed in an attack in downtown Dallas Thursday evening, the communities these brave men and women serve have been there to provide comfort.

A post showing a Louisiana woman praying with a East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s during a traffic stop has captured the attention of the nation and has spread across social media, being shared thousands of times.

In the photo, which has garnered hundreds of likes on Facebook, Kim Muyaka pinned the following message:

When God say move! God is not the Author of confusion ..All I felt when I touch and agreed with him is fear he was shaking but y’all…Violence is not the answer…Bible say pray w/o Ceasing I pray that God will cover this Police Officer .::and use his hands not to hurt or harm but to protect the citizens!

As of 6 p.m. Sunday, the picture had been shared over 12,000 times.

The Associated Press reported that people have showed up at local departments with flowers, sent social media messages or called to say thanks. They delivered coffee, pizzas, cakes and moments of solace for officers grieving after the deadliest day for U.S. law enforcement since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
