A Judge was in for quite the surprise when an inmate was brought to court with no pants. How do you react in that situation?
A Louisville, Kentucky female inmate was brought to court without any pants Friday morning, angering a judge.
“What the hell is going on?” Jefferson District Court Judge Amber Wolf asks in courtroom video.
The woman, who is serving jail time for not completing a diversion program for a shoplifting charge, said she had been in the facility for days without any pants.
In the video, her attorney told the judge the jail “refused to give her pants and any kind of hygiene products that she needed.”
Jail officials said they were working to correct the issue to ensure she had a jumpsuit.
She was wearing athletic shorts that couldn’t be seen under her jail shirt.
