Multiple Shots Fired Near Protestors, Ferguson Police Investigating


On the day protestors were out mourning the loss of their beloved Mike Brown, shutting down streets ad all the hubbub. There were shots Fired, Protestors injured getting loaded into ambulances; still unclear as to at and by who….

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – Tuesday night as Michael Brown protesters were demonstrating on West Florissant Avenue, there was a report of shots fired around 9:10 pm.  Ferguson police officers were in the area at the time of the report.  Officers on scene are were seen marking evidence on the road.

For a short period of time protesters did block West Florissant, but later moved to the sidewalks.

Our partners at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch are reporting a demonstrator was struck by car and was taken by friends to hospital. Two other protesters were also transported by EMS.
