ISIS is always filming themselves for various propaganda reasons, but oftentimes the footage captured doesn’t work out the way they hoped. In this video, 2 ISIS fighters are seen firing on Syrian troops when the fighter in the foreground is hit in the head with a sniper shot killing him instantly. Thus ending another scummy life from ISIS.
