19-year-old Logan Younger was arrested for public intoxication, but on the way to the detention center, he was ejected from the police cruiser when it crashed.

Younger slipped his handcuffs off in the backseat of the cruiser and began banging on the window in front of him and kicking the driver’s seat.
Moments later, perhaps distracted by the erratic suspect, the officer hit a curb and flipped into a ditch.
Not buckled into his seat, Younger went flying trough the rear window.
He proceeded to flee, but was pursued by bystanders, and soon after taken into custody once again. He now not only faces the public intoxication charge, but charges for escape and resisting arrest as well.
The officer driving the police car was flown to the hospital.
He has since been released.
