Well according to the Daily Star, the day before the 9/11 attack, former Secretary of Defence Donald Rumsfeld admitted that the Pentagon lost $2.3 trillion (£1.72 trillion) from its budget.
This would have been a massive story had it not been for – you guessed it – planes flying into the Twin Towers in New York and The Pentagon building in Virginia.

Robert Crawford, a reporter on Now Daily, said: “Accounting offices in the Pentagon were blown up and accounting offices based in New York building in the World Trade Center were demolished.”
Nearly 3,000 were killed and 6,000 injured on September 11, 2001 when American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into the World Trade Center in New York.
125 people were killed in the Pentagon attack, many of whom were accountants.
But could the American government have been behind the attack?
No, of course they couldn’t have.
Even if you believe that the entirety of the US government are reptilian sociopaths willing to murder their own citizens in order to secure more funding, so they could murder more people in bloody wars across the globe, just think about the number of people that would have to be in on a conspiracy that was that big. You’d have hundreds of people who successfully orchestrated the attack and kept quiet about it.
Anybody who has had any experience with a government, whether it’s a council, the civil services or their local MP, will be able to tell you that there is general incompetence in government just as there is in every workplace. Things just can’t function that well. Nothing runs that smoothly. It’s impossible.
Why would it be any different for a group of people orchestrating 9/11? Eventually something would be revealed other than blurry YouTube footage voiced over by teenagers who smoke too much weed.
There would very quickly be a leak about something like 9/11. But has there been? No. Because it isn’t a conspiracy.
There was no inside job.
