Not only have liberals tried to take Trump down, but his own party has turned on him over comments he made in an interview over 10 years ago.
Now, Dr. James Dobson, a prominent CHRISTIAN leader, breaks his silence and refused to let the media manipulate him.

In the latest attempt to malign Trump, an 11-year-old video was released in which Trump made lewd comments about women. While some establishment Republicans used this as an excuse to withdraw their feckless “support,” Dr. James Dobson stood strong and refused to allow the media to manipulate him.
Dobson, a prominent Christian conservative leader who founded Focus on the Family and Family Talk Radio, has advised presidents over the years. He gave a statement about the Trump video reiterating his support for the GOP candidate.
“I do not condone nor defend Donald Trump’s terrible comments made 11 years ago. They are indefensible and awful. I’m sure there are other misdeeds in his past, although as Jesus said, ‘Let him who is without sin cast the first stone,’ he said, according to WND.
“I am, however, more concerned about America’s future than Donald Trump’s past. I wonder about how Bill Clinton’s language stands up in private.”
Dobson, who initially supported Sen. Ted Cruz for president, explained his support of Trump in response to those who have asked if the candidate’s comments have caused him to withdraw his support.
“My condemnation of the former president is on an entirely different level,” Dobson said. “To my knowledge, Donald Trump has never abused women physically or had oral sex in the Oval Office with a vulnerable intern. Nor has he committed perjury by lying to Congress for many hours.
“Trump hasn’t been impeached by Congress for his lies. Donald Trump hasn’t vetoed bills that would have outlawed the procedure known as partial-birth abortion. Bill Clinton alone is responsible for the brains being sucked out of unanesthetized babies during delivery. That naziesque procedure continued for years until the Supreme Court declared it illegal. Donald Trump is pro-life.
“Clinton and his wife disrespect the Constitution of the United States, although Trump has promised to protect it, especially the First Amendment. Shall I go on?
“I am supporting Mr. Trump primarily because I believe he is the most capable candidate to lead the United States of America in this complicated hour,” Dobson concluded.
While not every American — not even every Republican — will agree with them, Dobson’s words were undoubtedly music to the ears of many Americans who know how damaging a Hillary Clinton presidency would be and refuse to allow the media and establishment elites to manipulate them.
