Student Stands Up in Class and Does the Unbelievable [WATCH]

Chilling security video captured the terrifying moment when 15 year old, Federico Guevara, stands up in his classroom. The video, apparently from the school’s surveillance camera, shows Ms Solis, 24, collecting papers from students while all other classmates were sitting at their desks or walking about.  All of the sudden Guevara pulls a gun from his pocket and begins shooting.

At the height of Mexico’s drug war between 2008 and 2011, schools in northern Mexico were more concerned about the possibility that stray bullets from drug gang gun battles outside schools might enter classrooms. Some schools conducted ‘duck and cover’ drills to combat that possibility which you can clearly see in this video. Unfortunately, we all know how unhelpful these drills are in the end.

Daily Mail Reports:

A chilling video shows the moment a 15-year-old boy opened fire at a private school in Mexico, seriously wounding a teacher and three other students before killing himself. The teacher, named Cecilia Solis, and two other students at the bilingual American School of the Northeast, appeared to take bullets in the head from the .22 caliber pistol. The shooter, named as Federico Guevara by Nuevo Leon state governor Jaime Rodriguez, then killed himself.

He had been treated for depression, and his motive is being investigated, said Rodriguez.  It is claimed that he revealed his plans to carry out the shooting to a Facebook group before taking the handgun into school.  Members of the closed group, named Legion Holk, are claimed to have posted messages of support of his actions.  The night before the attack, Unomasuno writes, a message was posted on the group’s page, purportedly from Guevara, warning that he intended to carry out a massacre. It said: ‘Tomorrow I will make a massacre in my school. Some members of the 200,000-strong group subsequently claimed responsibility for the shooting, it reports, and profiles honoring Guevara were created in the aftermath of the shooting.

It happened in the northern Mexican city of Monterrey on Wednesday. The teacher and two pupils, named in Mexican media as Ana Cecilia Diaz Ramos, a 14-year-old girl, and Luis Fernando Ramirez, a 15-year-old boy, are all undergoing emergency surgery.

Another student suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the arm.  The crowded classroom was left with a jumble of overturned chairs, blood and fallen students.

Nuevo Leon state Gov Rodriguez said the shooter died at a hospital and that the other three victims with head wounds were ‘fighting between life and death.’ The boy wounded in the arm was out of danger.
