Victim
Initially, Lonina faced charges of rape, kidnap, and sexual battery but denied all the offences.
She has now pleaded guilty to obstructing justice after admitting not reporting the rape or handing over evidence.
The victim – now aged 18 – read a victim impact statement in court where she revealed she still suffers panic attacks.
She said of Lonina: “I was too gullible to see how manipulative she truly is”.
