18 Month Old Shot By Neighbor Because He Wouldn’t Stop Crying

Jordan Walters, 25, admitted to aiming an air gun at an 18 month old and pulled the trigger to make him stop from crying.

Harry Studley, aged 2, still has a pellet gun lodged in his brain that left him eye damages after suspect shot him with an airgun at their apartment in Bristol, the victim has lost most of his vision for life.

Emma Horseman, Walter’s girlfriend, lived on the second floor with their children. They had been friends with the victim’s parents for about six years and their children played together. While Horseman was found not guilty of causing grievous bodily harm by aiding and abetting, her partner is sentenced to 2 years in prison.

ad_233255759Studley lived in the upstairs apartment with his parents, Ed and Amy Allen.

The incident took place at Horseman’s where Allen took Studley together with brother where the upset and crying toddler sat on a sofa. Walters fired the gun at Studley to scare the child and claimed he thought the gun was unloaded. Harry was then taken to Bristol Royal Infirmary by air ambulance and underwent surgery that fortunately saved his life.
