(Scroll down for video) A man who was trying to get a job as a police officer, got himself into trouble after telling officers that he had sex with an unconscious woman, according to police in West Virginia.
South Charleston police said that they have arrested 21-year-old Tyler Ray Price, after being accused of having sex with a woman without getting her consent.
Price has been charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault. He was booked into the South Central Regional Jail, and his bail has been set at $25,000.
According to the criminal complaint, Price presented himself at the South Charleston Police Department for a job interview. He applied to become a police officer.
During the interview, Price informed officers that he had sex with a woman after drinking alcoholic beverages.
Price acknowledged in the interview that he had recorded the woman and kept the video of the sexual encounter on his phone.
Police questioned the woman, who said that she did not agree to having sex with Price. She had no knowledge of having sex with Price.
The woman admitted that she had consumed a lot of alcohol the night the incident allegedly occurred.
