13-year-old Boy Charged With Murder After He Uses Baseball Bat To Kill His 80-year-old Grandfather [WATCH]

HEALTHY, Ohio (WKRC) – 13-year-old Alexander Agenbroad has been charged with the murder of his grandfather in Mt. Healthy.

Mt. Healthy police said that they have arrested 13-year-old Alexander Agenbroad, after being accused of using baseball bat to beat his 80-year-old grandmother to death when he was just 12 years old.

Mt. Healthy Police say at the time of his death, Agenbroad had custody of his grandson. Both of the teen’s parents had died of drug overdoses.

Fowler Agenbroad was found unresponsive in his home. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died the following day. The coroner ruled that the death was a homicide.

Fowler died as result of blunt force trauma to the head.

Alexander appeared in the Hamilton County Juvenile Court, where he was charged with murder and reckless homicide. If convicted on all charges, he faces jail time until he is 21 years old.

“Mount Healthy Police have charged a juvenile, Alexander Agenbroad, (white, male, 13) with murder in the death of his grandfather, Fowler Agenbroad.

“The incident occurred when Mr. Fowler Agenbroad (white, male, 80) was found unresponsive and suffering from head trauma at his Mt. Healthy Home.
