Nicole Faircloth and Petko Ubiparipovic, both 42, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on police and performing a sexual act in a public place. WJLA reports
The woman attacked one of the cops after she and a man were caught performing an alleged public sexual act on March 22 in Arlington, Virginia, according to reports. Faircloth began to strike the police officer who was trying to write them a citation. She charged at him and begun to hit him until she was pulled off by other police officers.
According to reports, both Faircloth and Ubiparipovic are being held on bond, according to police.
