A man became extremely angry when a customer at a pizza store told his mother that she is too fat to eat pizza, police in California said.
Salinas Police said that they are looking to arrest the man who beat the customer at Little Caesars Pizza for making fun of the weight of his mother.
The incident unfolded around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, when the 50-year-old man who was ordering a pizza at the store located on East Laurel Drive, told the woman she should not eat pizza because she is overweight.
The comment sent the woman into a rage. She went to her car to get an iron bar, but before she could beat the man, her son punched him several times in the head.
The mother and son took off before police arrived. Paramedics took the victim to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. So far, no arrests have been made.
