The main theme behind the fake Trump dossier is that the Russians could use what they have on Trump to blackmail him. If they did, they did a pee poor job of it. President Trump has lifted no sanctions on Russia, repealed the Magnitsky Act, in fact he just added five more names to the sanctions list. But, could it be that the Democrats are being blackmailed by Imran Awan, who handled IT duties for a multitude of Democrats in the House is blackmailing Debbie Wasserman Schultz and other democrats with what he gathered from their emails?
Consider this. Even though there is ample proof that Awan was making everything on the Democrats servers, not one has called for his prosecution. On the contrary, DWS has called his arrest racist.
“When their investigation was reviewed with me, I was presented with no evidence of anything that they were being investigated for. And so that in me gave me great concern that his due process rights were being violated. That there were racial and ethnic profiling concerns that I had.”
She then went to the Capitol Police and threatened them because they wouldn’t release what she said was her computer to her. Now she claims the computer isn’t hers and she never knew it existed. If she didn’t know it existed, why did she ask for it?
It was then discovered that Awan had sent information from the House Democrat’s computers to a private server.
Now-indicted former congressional IT aide Imran Awan allegedly routed data from numerous House Democrats to a secret server. Police grew suspicious and requested a copy of the server early this year, but they were provided with an elaborate falsified image designed to hide the massive violations. The falsified image is what ultimately triggered their ban from the House network Feb. 2, according to a senior House official with direct knowledge of the investigation.
The secret server was connected to the House Democratic Caucus, an organization chaired by then-Rep. Xavier Becerra. Police informed Becerra that the server was the subject of an investigation and requested a copy of it. Authorities considered the false image they received to be interference in a criminal investigation, the senior official said.
Data was also backed up to Dropbox in huge quantities, the official said. Congressional offices are prohibited from using Dropbox, so an unofficial account was used, meaning Awan could have still had access to the data even though he was banned from the congressional network.
Still, no Democrat called for his arrest and prosecution. Some even defended him. Now, new information has come out that the Democratic server was infected with a virus leading to Pakistan, which coincidentally Awan is from and where he was fleeing to before being arrested at the airport. What is in those emails that have the Democrats so scared? Remember, if Awan is prosecuted for these offenses, it’s more than likely that many of those emails could be made public. That would be a mighty powerful incentive to not see him prosecuted if there was damaging information in those emails.
But Democrats aren’t blaming the Awan brothers for the virus. They are blaming the Russians. Who else? But, if they really believed the Russians had their emails, wouldn’t they be kissing Putin’s butt and not Awan’s?
I can’t wait to see how this all plays out.
