Former Super Bowl Champ Robbed At Home By Armed Intruder, His Response To The Crime Is EPIC

Former Super Bowl Champion and star wide receiver Joe Jurevicius was robbed at gunpoint at his home in Ohio this weekend.

The former Browns and Giants player and his wife were in their Gates Mills, Ohio, home when a suspicious person came to his door and held them up.

“We were just robbed at our house,” his wife told 911, according to local Cleveland station Fox 8. “Someone came to our back door and robbed us. It was my husband. He was at the back door. He opened the door. [The robber] said, ‘Give me all the money that you can.’”

Police believe the incident was perpetrated by a man who was just released from prison. Earlier this month, he is believed to have robbed a senior citizen in a similar manner.

But here’s the kicker: when asked for comment on the situation, Jurevicius only said, “I support the police department. I support the FBI. I support the American flag.”

Incredible. Not even a flinch there. The guy gets robbed and the only thing he can say is, ‘I love America.’
