More damaging evidence of impropriety with the Florida vote has emerged as Brenda Snipes, Broward County’s elections supervisor, violated a court order.
Snipes violated a court order demanding that she allow inspections of vote records by Friday at 7 p.m. but she did not comply with that order, Rep. Matt Gaetz told Fox Business Network’s, Lou Dobbs.
Now he is preparing a motion of contempt.
“When I leave here we are going to go get motions of contempt prepared and we are going back in front of a judge to hold Brenda Snipes in contempt of court,” he told Dobbs.
The video was shared by Independent Congressional candidate Tim Canova and shared again by Sen. Marco Rubio.
“Concerned citizen sees ballots being transported in private vehicles & transferred to rented truck on Election night,” Canova wrote as he shared the video. “This violates all chain of custody requirements for paper ballots.”
