CNN requests local San Diego news network’s view on the border, declines after reporter confirms wall works

Late last week CNN called the San Diego news network KUSI asking if one of their reporters could give them a local perspective of the debate surrounding the border wall and the government shutdown that has ensued because if it.

Dan Plante, who KUSI has confirmed has reported dozens of times on the southern border volunteered to give the fake news leader the information they were looking for. But since it’s CNN we already know things just can’t be that simple.

Here is more via KUSI:

“We believe CNN declined a report from KUSI because we informed them that most Border Patrol Agents we have spoken to told us the barrier does in fact work.

We have continuously been told by Border Patrol Agents that the barrier along the Southern border helps prevent illegal entries, drugs, and weapons from entering the United States, and the numbers prove it.”

And what’s even worse was the reply CNN Communications sent when KUSI in a tweet broke this story:

“CNN PR replied to our tweet with the following statement, “We called several local stations to book someone for a show. We didn’t end up booking any of them. That happens many times every single day. We did, however, book a reporter from KUSI for a story on immigration and the border wall in November. This is a non-story.”

After all the fake news CNN has been responsible for and the way they covered the fake Buzzfeed story this past weekend you would think they would wake up and become a real news agency by now. But I guess the hate for anything President Trump is so grand that they would rather just go down in flames rather than report real news for once.

It’s indeed a sad ending to the first and once greatest 24-hour news network which defied the odds.
