A Domino’s restaurant in Berkeley, California is giving a customer free pizza for one year after he returned $1,300 that was accidentally delivered with his order.

Mike Vegas said he ordered pizza and wings from his local Domino’s on Friday, WCHS reported. He ate one slice and put the wings in the fridge for later.

But when he pulled out the wing box, there weren’t any wings inside.

“About 5 a.m. I got home from work and went to my fridge and pulled out what I thought was wings and turned out to be $1,300,” Vegas told WCHS.

Vegas found out the delivery driver was on his way to the bank and had put the money in the wings box for safekeeping. He decided to return the money.

“I wanted to keep it, believe me,” said Vegas, adding that his first job was delivering pizza for Pizza Hut when he was 16 years old. “But I can’t, I can’t do it.”

The delivery driver told the news station he was grateful to Vegas. To repay him for his honesty, the Domino’s manager told Vegas they will be offering him free pizza for a whole year.
