In 2016, during the Presidential primaries, people claimed that Seth Rich’s death in the streets of Washington, D.C. was connected to the WikiLeaks dump of hacked emails from Hillary Clinton’s campaign and cast doubt on official police reports of the incident. Seth Rich reportedly sent thousands of internal Democratic party emails to Wikileaks not long before his death. Sean Hannity of Fox News pushed the story that Rich was murdered but later backed down after he received enormous backlash.
Democrats claimed that the leaked emails were the result of Russian hackers and dismissed Rich’s murder as a conspiracy theory. Now a recent revelation supports those who believe Rich was murdered for betraying the DNC and Hillary Clinton. Up until now, the fallout has led to the FBI being implicated in the fictional Fusion GPS anti-Trump dossier which has led McCabe and James Baker to step down or be moved. A lawyer for the co-founder of opposition research firm Fusion GPS revealed that “someone has already been killed” thanks to the anti-Trump dossier. Now there was only one person who had access to all of this information and although the attorney won’t name names, Seth Rich comes to mind.
Fox News reports:
An attorney for the co-founder of opposition research firm Fusion GPS revealed during a closed-door interview this summer with congressional investigators that “somebody’s already been killed” as a result of the publication of the anti-Trump dossier.
The statement was contained in a 312-page transcript of Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson’s August interview with committee investigators, released unilaterally Tuesday by Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.
Among the many revelations in the document, though, is the claim from Simpson’s attorney that someone died because the dossier — which was commissioned by Fusion GPS — was publicly released.
“He wants to be very careful to protect his sources,” attorney Josh Levy said during the Aug. 22 Senate Judiciary Committee interview of his client. “Somebody’s already been killed as a result of the publication of this dossier and no harm should come to anybody related to this honest work.”
Levy didn’t elaborate on who was killed. The website BuzzFeed first published the dossier online last January, airing its unverified allegations about President Trump’s connections with Russia.
The dossier was written by former British MI6 agent Christopher Steele. Fusion GPS, which hired Steele, got funding from the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee.
Trump has long derided the dossier as politically motivated, and several GOP-led committees are investigating whether it formed the basis for the FBI’s initial investigation into Russian election interference.
Feinstein said in a statement she released the transcript to combat misinformation about the interview.
“The innuendo and misinformation circulating about the transcript are part of a deeply troubling effort to undermine the investigation into potential collusion and obstruction of justice,” Feinstein said in a statement. “The only way to set the record straight is to make the transcript public.”
Seth Rich was murdered in Washington, D.C. on July 10, 2016, and official reports claim the crime was simply a robbery gone wrong. However, the evidence didn’t line up. He was shot in the back twice but not robbed. His cell phone, jewelry, and wallet were on him when he died which wouldn’t make sense if it was a robbery. In addition to this startling new information, all signs point to Seth Rich being that unnamed victim.
There seems to be more than enough suspicion for a proper investigation to be launched and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich is adding his name to the list of a long line of people who are demanding an investigation.
Over time, Seth Rich’s murder is raising more questions, and it’s only a matter of time until the Democrats and Hillary Clinton are exposed for their heinous crimes. Seth Rich discovered damning information that would have proved the Democratic primaries were rigged in Hillary’s favor, and it led to his death. Now with this new information, those who have been dismissed as conspiracy theorists are vindicated.
