Democrats, the President’s lawyers argue, have begun a course which sets a “very, very dangerous” precedent. It looks a whole lot like they’re trying to hijack an election. Again. Democrats simply want to deny “voters their right to give their opinion on Trump at the November 3 presidential election.” It’s the only chance any of their candidates have.
“Now they have the burden of proof and have not come close to meeting it,” CSPAN tweeted, quoting Pat Cipollone.

“For all their talk about election interference, they’re here to perpetrate the most massive interference in an election in American history, and we can’t allow that to happen.”
It flies in the face of every principle our great nation was founded on. “It would violate our Constitution. It would violate our history. It would violate our obligations to the future. And most importantly, it would violate the sacred trust that the American people have placed in you.” White House Counsel Pat Cipollone told the Senators in their role as jurors.
You can’t, Cipollone told the traitorous Democrats, “tear up all of the ballots across this country on your own initiative.” They want to “take that decision away from the American people,” which goes way to far. “They are asking you to do something very, very consequential,” he declared. “And, I would submit to you… very, very dangerous.”
“We believe that when you hear the facts, you will find that the president did absolutely nothing wrong.” The Democrats have presented their case without ever presenting a single thing actually defined as a “crime.” Only hearsay and innuendo intended to take the job of foreign policy away from the president and give it to Congress.
Democrats want President Donald Trump removed for doing the job that the American public charged him with, investigating all the corruption oozing out of the Obama Administration and doing something about the general pay for play corruption of the Washington swamp. Ever since day one, the swamp creatures have been fighting back hard.
When Joe Biden was Barack Obama’s Vice President, He blackmailed the Ukraine by holding back aid until a certain prosecutor was fired. That prosecutor was fighting a big case against an energy company called Burisma. The Ukraine caved in to the demands and soon Joe Biden’s crack addict son, Hunter Biden, had a $50,000 a year job sitting on Burisma’s board of directors.
During the infamous phone call, Trump asked the president of the Ukraine to look into it. He said, no problem we already are. It’s corruption in the Ukraine too. Democrats are desperately resisting efforts to get the Bidens to testify. They don’t even like mentioning the name, calling it a distraction.
Deputy Counsel for the White House, Mike Purpura notes, “The Democrats’ entire quid pro quo theory is based on nothing more than the initial speculation of one person: Ambassador Sondland. That speculation is wrong. Despite the Democrats’ hopes, the ambassador’s mistaken belief does not become true merely because he repeated it. Many times and apparently to many people.”
