Every four years, we take to the polls to decide if we want the President we currently have to continue or if we need to elect someone new to see how they are at the job.
One of the things we do not do as a country is overthrow our leaders as if we are some third world backwater country.
However, it seems that with President Trump, there have been a lot of people paid off in relation to folks trying their darndest to get him out of office illegally.
The message is clear… Outsiders who are intent on cleaning out the swamp, best not run for president.
Leftist narrative engineer Bob Woodward, in trying to make the case that Secretary of Defense, General James Mattis was concerned about Donald Trump’s “fitness” for office, inadvertently exposed Gen. Mattis’ seditious suggestion.
Woodward wrote… “Mattis quietly went to Washington National Cathedral to pray about his concern for the nation’s fate under Trump’s command and, according to Woodward, told Coats, “There may come a time when we have to take collective action” since Trump is “dangerous. He’s unfit.”
Let that sink in for a moment.
Secretary of Defense Mattis is talking to then-Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats about taking “collective action” to remove an elected President.
It seems that President Trump’s stated intentions to extract the United States from decades of endless wars… wars our military leadership have no apparent desire to win… wars being conducted without any clear U.S. national security interests… was at the core of military leadership’s angst.
Upon their retirements, generals have come to count on transitioning to the cushy, high-paying jobs from the military-industrial complex for their past fealty to those company’s bottom lines.
Without war, and the depletion of inventories of expensive munitions and armaments that stem from combat – necessary and unnecessary, those generals become less attractive to defense contractors.
Four years into his presidency, President Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts on the Korean Peninsula, to bring peace between Pakistan and India, and for his efforts in the Middle East.
Less war, more peace… and the generals are unhappy and want Trump removed.
