I have a neighbor who is into watching soccer and follows a lot of the European leagues. He recently explained to me the idea of relegation.
The idea by the way I understand it is that if you have a team that does consistently terrible they can be sent down to a lower league. Imagine if the Yankees had a really bad season and the whole team got sent to the minors.
Well, that might work in the sense of sports teams and wanting to keep high quality, but it wouldn’t work with something like the Supreme Court.
If you ever needed a sign that the main aim of the Democrat party is not equality, it is not fairness, it is not justice, it is not the preservation of the Constitution, it is the accumulation and consolidation of power, Joe Biden just gave it to you.
Hours before President Trump had his 3rd Supreme Court Justice sworn into to the highest court in the land, Biden suggested he was looking at rotating SC Justices to lower courts.
After over 200 years of Supreme Court Justices being appointed for life, Joe Biden has found some radical leftist lawyers who want to twist the meaning of the words of the Constitution so that the left can turn the high court into a rubber stamp for communism.
Obviously the constitutionality of the practice would have to be judged by none other than the people Joe wants to kick off the court. This being the case, if he is serious about carrying out this tyrannical plan, he would first need to pack the court in order to ensure the justices making the decision are in his pocket. You know, like his son is in the pocket of the Chicoms.
Fox News reported:
Former Vice President Joe Biden indicated on Monday that he might be open to shifting Supreme Court justices to lower courts if elected president, noting that he hadn’t made any “judgement” yet on the issue.
“There is some literature among constitutional scholars about the possibility of going from one court to another court, not just always staying the whole time in the Supreme Court but I have made no judgement,” Biden said at a campaign stop in Chester, Pennsylvania.
“That’s what we’re going to be doing. We’re going to give them 180 days God-willing if I’m elected, from the time I’m sworn in to be able to make such a recommendation.”
His comments came just hours before the Senate confirmed Judge Amy Coney Barrett as President Trump’s third successful nomination to the Supreme Court.
