Today’s political landscape looks so different than what I remember growing and mind you I was born in the 70s. I remember political discourse for sure between candidates but what I also remembered is that whoever won the presidential race there was still class and decorum with the candidates.
There was the speech from the winner thanking his opponent and vice versa, but one thing was always made clear. They wanted what was best for America and its citizens.
They loved this country and wanted us to be the best, exceptional, and still be the beacon of freedom we have been for years past.
That changed with the introduction of identity politics and division and now it is not just about higher or lower taxes we are voting on, but the very essence of our freedom.
It is not against tyranny and freedom.
It is against those who want to destroy America and those who want to save it.
It is against individual freedom and the new world order.
The game has changed.
With Biden in office, we are seeing that so clearly, especially with the debacle in Afghanistan and Nancy Pelosi’s so-called leadership.
That is why it was awesome to see Rep. McCarthy’s scathing press conference torching these Democrats. People who did watch this yesterday have to be wondering how in the world did we get here? How did we get to unknown numbers of Americans stranded behind enemy lines, international embarrassment, a complete betrayal of our allies, and a devaluation of U.S. credibility globally in just a matter of months?
In case you missed it, you can watch the entirety of the press conference below:
Kevin McCarthy just delivered one of the most devastating press conferences I have ever seen. Democrats are the real insurrectionists. They have taken the long march through our institutions, and are now destroying us from within. https://t.co/5WOWUgVPYT

While countless Americans are stranded in Afghanistan, Speaker Pelosi is crowing that her $5 trillion socialist spending spree is a “good day for America and Democrats”.

McCarthy told Fox News:
“The president’s misguided decisions run the risk of creating the largest international hostage situation we’ve ever faced as a nation,” McCarthy, R-Calif., said at Capitol news conference on Wednesday.
Biden has faced bipartisan criticism for honoring the Taliban-backed withdrawal date for U.S. troops of Aug. 31 as Americans and Afghan allies are still seeking evacuation from the Kabul airport. The U.S. military is currently stationed at the airport and undertaking a major logistical operation to get Americans and others on outbound flights from Kabul.McCarthy called the withdrawal effort in Afghanistan the “the biggest foreign policy failure” and he accused Biden of turning his back on Americans.
